1. Data We Collect

We collect the email address you register with, profile information you provide (name, title, bio, company), content you upload (PDFs, quiz data), and session data generated during live training (participant responses, scores).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Krea platform — authenticating your account, storing your content, running your training sessions, and generating reports. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Participant Data

Participants in your sessions submit their name and responses. This data is associated with your training session and is accessible only to you as the trainer. Participants do not create accounts and their data is not used outside your session context.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). File uploads are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We apply row-level security so each trainer can only access their own data.

5. Your Rights

You can update or delete your account data at any time from your Profile settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data. You may also request a data export by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use a single authentication session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
